DOES THIS KIT HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED?
This starter kit has all the parts you need to get started cleaning signs, fascias and external surfaces. You may wish to add a few items to make things a little more convenient. Here are a few things we think are worth considering:
CAN I CLEAN WINDOWS WITH THIS KIT?
You can clean glass with this kit yes to remove hard stains like algae build up or bird mess etc. However to effectively clean glass you will need to use purified water.
HOW DO I PURIFY WATER TO CLEAN WINDOWS?
You can purify water by simply connecting a DI vessel and filling with DI resin inline with your tap. As the water passes through the vessel it will extract the minerals from the water leaving the windows spotless.
DO I NEED TO SQUEEGEE THE WATER FROM THE GLASS?
No, you do not need to squeegee purified water from a window. Squeegeeing is typically done to remove soap and dirt and prevent streaks or drips, but with pure water, these issues are not a concern. Be sure to rinse the window to ensure all of the dirt is removed and the windows dry clear.
DO I NEED TO ADD CHEMICALS TO THE WATER?
If you are cleaning stubborn stains on conservatories and other plastics, you may need a little extra scrubbing power such as our bronze wool adapter. Or to pretreat the surface with a cleaning agent, see our best seller FaceLift RazrWash.

WHAT SIZE POLE SHOULD I BUY?
A classic British 3 bedroom house is approximately 17ft-19ft from the floor to the first floor guttering meaning you can comfortably clean ground and first floor windows with a 16ft pole. Should you need to reach a skylight or over a conservatory then 20-25ft would be a better fit and if you're cleaning a three story town house then 30ft is ideal.
Warning: The pole is manufactured from materials that conduct electricity. Do not use near electrical lines.
